Superb Advice Regarding Increasing Performance Using Personnel Tracking

Businesses monitor employee activities for valid business justifications, such as legal compliance and liability, performance review, productivity measures, and security measures. Within the recent studies, 90% of the companies are informing their employees about this practice. One of the employees at a well-known company once suffered from an affair with her direct supervisor.

With one of the spot checks done on her work station, the upper management was surprised to see their conversation and emails, which are mostly during working hours. This is plainly just one example why we have to monitor employees. It doesn't really mean that they're doing something wrong. Anyway, they should not worry by any means if they're simply doing the correct things.

To be a supervisor in a large business is difficult. I must make certain our workers are very productive. Employee monitoring could have been simpler should I be only responsible for 10 employees; however, I am in control of 50 crews in a single shift. Even worse, most of them are working with computers, and I couldn't monitor their activities just by utilizing a CCTV camera. What I did was to obtain a monitoring software over the internet and added it on each computer system while they were on off. The following day, I captured five personnel just playing some online games with their office computers while thier officemates had been working hard. Since it was the first time it happened, I simply issued a memo, and they were grateful for that. There after, the workers were conscious of their work. Much more work was done for the company. My superiors obviously were pleased and offered me a big bonus.

Employee monitoring has been practiced in our company for a long time. When I started working for the company, the employees in our personnel ensured the policies of the company were outlined to us. One rule of thumb was that our company has the authority to monitor us inside the workplace. It was necessary in order to keep our data files confidential and to make certain we were working during work hours. I felt awkward at first keeping in mind that there were CCTV's everywhere. Cell phones and other devices weren't permitted within the office as well, so I had to adapt. I whined and complained at first, specifically when I found out that many internet sites were blocked by our IT department. I wish to browse more websites, which I think may benefit my job. I needed to enter some sites in order to do the task very well. It was solved in the end when I talked to our supervisor and informed her my problem. They allowed me a few entry and I was able to do my job without delays.

I went on a lunch once with my colleagues and friends. We all had a nice chitchat over delicious meals, however I observed my friend looked so anxious. I finished eating and asked him why. He shook his head and sob. He claimed that he could hardly believe one of his trustworthy staff to deceive him. It seems that one of the company's confidential documents were taken and were sold for bidding to his opponents. He mentioned that he lost countless money for that reason.

My other friend tapped his shoulder and pointed out, " From now on, I'll help you obtain a employee monitoring systems." My best friend got surprised, but my colleague kept smiling on him. He explained that it's certainly one of his tricks why his company is profitable. He said he can monitor employees remotely and gets to make sure that they are doing their work properly. Additionally, it may secure company's files and profile. My best friend was hopeful that it'll never happen to his business again, thanks to our great colleague who was not selfish to share his secrets and techniques.
