An Overview About Guild Wars 2 Release

By James Greene

People regardless the differences had one thing in common. They all had to admit their fondness in playing online games. There are a million of games offered by the power of internet. A regular gamer could have an average of five to eight games he used to play. The flexibility on online gaming had expanded, from single to multi-player games. The Guild Wars 2 release had manifested the dynamic changes of the virtual world.

It had encouraged other gamers to take a dip into the new world of Guild Wars. The concept of art is integrated in the constructing of the design making the story like being laid to the ones playing. Not only that, a real-time 3D setting is a blast in the new edition. The graphics are enhanced and animations were made sure of its quality.

Like the Guild Wars, it places a traditional questing which allows the players to approach quests in different places as part of persistent world. Only that there were additional professions and the use of environment as a weapon is few of the added things. The intensity in playing it had become more exciting and fulfilling.

The developers had considered that putting a healing character would be limiting to any party. In the other hand, there were professions that are launched. They are separated with three categories of classes. These are the scholars as the low, the adventurers as the middle and the soldiers as the high.

Characters' belongingness in race and profession would affect its skills. 10 skills will be chosen by the player. A series of steps to learn the skills are predetermined. The players' weapon will be the basis of the first to fifth skills. Healing skill will fall as the sixth one. The succeeding skills will be uncovered as the player continues to play. Exception is the last skill which requires high experienced characters. The skill is an elite one that can only be acquired if the rest are already learned.

A grind-based gameplay had tried to be avoided by the makers of the sequel. A one capping out of 80 had alternated the old Guild Wars cap of 20. It's also one way to develop the characters. Eliminating it is in fact sticking to the last version's original code.

A good thing added is letting a player battles with another player. It is an idea that expanded the field of gaming from a simple lofty quest to undermining and trying to defeat opponents that will be on the players' way. A reward will be bestowed when success will be in hands.

Well systems of crafting and non-combat interactions are featured. Players will not be able to bring over their characters from the last version. The set in Guild Wars 2 release happened 250 years after the original game. But all the honors earned by the player will be remembered in the Hall of Monuments. The good side of it is that the monuments are worth points that will be added to the characters in the new game.
